We’re looking for a new Pittsburgh Carolina Club leader!

The Pittsburgh Carolina Club is looking for a new leader. Current club leader, Abir Chatterjee ’11, will be stepping down from this role effective September 30, 2019, after serving in this position for 3.5 years. If you are passionate about Carolina, are interested in meeting new individuals around Pittsburgh, and helping keep the Tar Heel spirit strong in Pittsburgh, please consider applying to this position!

As the Pittsburgh Carolina Club leader, you will:

  • Develop an engaging series of events for Tar Heels in the Pittsburgh area to attend, connect with one another, and connect with UNC
  • Partner with local businesses/establishments or residents to host game viewings of UNC athletic events
  • Have the opportunity to partner with alumni, current students, and incoming students and their families to host a send-off event that will introduce the newest Tar Heels in the area to the UNC community
  • Lead a volunteer event for Tar Heel Service Day in partnership with a local non-profit organization
  • Get creative and develop programs or events for personal development and social interactions
  • Have the opportunity to create a scholarship program for current students
